Location: Shakopee, MN
Wage: $18 - $21 per hour (DOQ)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide support
- Process and enter purchase orders
- Research and track order status
- Review, correct, and transfer files
- Handle daily invoicing and credits
- Assist with credit and collections calls
- Manage will-call orders
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- Prior customer service experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
