We are looking for a dedicated and organized material coordinator to join our team. Location: Becker, MN

Wage: $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the material coordinator:

Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools, including overhead cranes, forklifts, and magnets
Read and interpret blueprints, material lists, and routers to ensure accurate material selection
Pick and stage materials for production orders, ensuring timely delivery to the production floor
Coordinate with production teams to anticipate material needs and prevent shortages
Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage
Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming materials for quality and accuracy
Safely move materials throughout the plant(s) to support production processes
Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to optimize material flow and storage
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements

Requirements of the material coordinator:

Experience in operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and other manufacturing tools
Ability to read blueprints, material lists, and routers
Pass a pre-employment background check
Pass a pre-employment drug screening
