This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment where your expertise will contribute directly to production success.
Location: Maple Lake, MN
Wage: $19 - $21/hr., depending on experience
Hours: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Thursday
Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 6 months!

Duties of the mold setup technician:
- Set up molds for production, including balancing, adjusting cycle times, and configuring air as needed.
- Collaborate with the deck team to ensure smooth production operations.
- Create and maintain setup and cycle documentation.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines to correct problems.
- Inspect molds for deficiencies and implement improvements.
- Perform welding tasks to repair molds, including framework and clamps.
Requirements of the mold setup technician:
- 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects.
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Welding and forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, sitting, and crawling.
