We are seeking a talented and motivated marketing and sales administrator to join our team in Chaska, MN. If you have around 2 years of experience in a marketing and sales support role, along with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Web Design, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career. Location: Chaska, MN
Wage: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties of the marketing and sales administrator:
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals and responses to requests for information, including budget pricing
- Ensure budget and firm proposals are presented professionally and consistently
- Act as a contact for external sales reps and ensure sales leads are tracked in the CRM
- Coordinate marketing activities, including trade shows, social media, and website management
Requirements of the marketing and sales administrator:
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing and sales support role
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Web Design experience is a plus
- Flexibility to travel about 5% of the time to attend and coordinate trade shows
