We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our Maintenance Shop. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Cetaris Maintenance software experience is a plus.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and implement shop strategies to achieve shop goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Communicate regularly with staff to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a shop management position, preferably within a fleet maintenance setting.
- Strong interviewing skills with an emphasis on recruiting top talent for the team.
- Ability to manage productivity and efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
