Position Summary:
Assists requesters with access to protected health information (PHI). Responds to requests for medical information by performing duties in accordance with established by hospital and departmental policy and federal laws. Responsible for processing all OP surgery charts.

Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive computer knowledge required, to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
