Position Summary:
Manages Patient Access employees and switchboard operations.
Training and Continued Education
Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 5 years in Patient Access required or Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 3 years supervisory and management experience in a health care environment, hospital/healthcare accounting and third-party reimbursement experience preferred.
