Twin Falls Church is active in the Munroe Falls community and is a meeting place for a variety of groups and activities. We’re currently seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our front office team as an Office Manager & Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
Strong customer service & interaction skills required with visitors and staff
Computer skills in word processing and power point a must
WordPress website skills and creativity a plus
Knowledge of office machine operations including calendar management.
Office management of filing, supplies and forms processing
This part time position has flexibility for hours and weekly schedules.
This is self directed job position with multiple contacts for workflow, electronic communication skills, phone etiquette and organization.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
