QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Secretary / Clerical experience preferably in a school district.
- Knowledge of modern office practices, telephone etiquette, ability to work efficiently and harmoniously with supervisors and office staff.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and proficiency in spelling, grammar and accurate data entry.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

EVALUATION
Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of
Classified Personnel.
This is an "at will" position in that the employer or employee may terminate employment at any time for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law. The employment "at will" policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing and approved by the Board of Trustees of District 411.
Starting Salary : $17.56 per hour, depending on experience
Work calendar : 216 days
