ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
· Manage the overall operations of the paper mill, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. · Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel. · Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and control costs. · Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. · Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives. · Oversee raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams. · Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules to ensure minimal disruptions. · Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning. · Report regularly on performance metrics, production output, and operational challenges to senior management. · Drive adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. |

Salary range is $95,000 to $125,000 depending on experience. |
