Job Description:
The Paper Mill Manager will oversee the overall operations of the paper mill, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety standards are met. This includes managing a team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel, monitoring production metrics, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the pulp and paper industry.
- Strong knowledge of paper mill operations, equipment, and processes.
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational performance.
