Program Development Specialist - 8 hrs/day (Special Projects/PC#253919)
Position Summary: Coordinates and provides analytics, data management, event support, and technical services to programs such as professional development, curriculum, and/or school sites with standalone, categorical, community-based, or other special funded education programs that contribute to and encourage attendance and retention for targeted students or groups.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $34.83 - $46.04 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Special Projects & Equity
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4 hours per day (Full district contribution for 6 hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience: The position typically requires an Associate’s Degree in a behavioral science, social science, business, education, or a related area and four years of experience in supporting data management, outreach program coordination, and/or professional/training and development.
Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license.
