Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business in your territory.
- Present product offerings and negotiate terms of sale with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management in our software systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, territory sales, or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Experience in inside sales or account management is advantageous.
- Proficient in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
