Client Service Representative (CSR) – Twin Tails Veterinary Hospital
Twin Tails Veterinary Hospital is a family-owned small animal practice opening in late May/early June 2025 in Garnet Valley, PA. About the Role
As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first and last point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting our veterinary team with scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and provide information.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a positive, compassionate attitude.
- Availability to work Monday-Saturday during operational hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
