We are looking for a Material Coordinator to join our warehouse team in our Essex, VT location. As a Material Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that materials and products are properly handled, stored, and transported within and across our warehouses. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Material Coordinator is a dynamic, hands-on role where you are responsible for:
- Receiving, storing, shipping, and handling goods safely and efficiently - and being ready to jump between these tasks throughout the day
- Supporting and working closely with Production to prepare all materials needed for upcoming jobs with ability to adapt to any schedule changes
- Communicating effectively (both verbally and through email) with a variety of internal and external teams
- Accurately performing cycle counts and completing paperwork
- Operating all types of forklifts & warehouse equipment in a safe manner
