Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital and Pet Lodge
We are a four-doctor practice specializing in primary veterinary care. We are seeking an organized detail oriented individual to join our reception team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and triage phone calls from clients
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Check in clients
- Monitor schedule flow for multiple doctors
- Efficiently handle a multi-phone line system
- Enter new clients and update current client/patient records
- Manage record requests between other veterinary practices and hospitals
- Fill prescriptions
- Client education
- Process payment transactions
- Maintain and update client and patient records
Requirements:
- Must be exceptional at multi-tasking
- Must be able to type minimum 40 wpm
- Computers skills: Efficiently use a Windows based computer system, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively use the practices managing software.
- Knowledge of preventative medicine and common pet ailments (preferred not required
Schedule:
- Three or four 10 hour shifts during the week
- plus every other Saturday 7am - 2pm
- Must be available for a combination of opening and closing shifts. Our hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday
