Twist Kitchen & Juice Bar is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Grab & Go Production Specialist to take ownership of all our grab-and-go offerings, including salads, protein balls, granola, parfaits, and more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, health-focused environment and has a passion for creating fresh, high-quality food that’s both beautiful and nourishing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for prepping, assembling, and maintaining all grab & go items and egg bowls - ensuring consistency, quality, and proper food safety standards. This position requires some preparation of ingredients including cooking, chopping and baking.
Food Prep & Assembly:
- Prepare egg bowls on-demand for customers
- Prepare and assemble all grab-and-go items, including salads, parfaits, granola, protein balls, and specialty snacks.
- Follow established recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Ensure all items are visually appealing and packaged neatly for display.
Quality Control & Freshness:
- Check all ingredients for freshness and proper storage.
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize waste and maintain quality.
- Follow standards for packaging and displaying items
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure all items meet Twist’s freshness standards.
Sanitation & Food Safety:
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing, glove use, and equipment cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area at all times.
Inventory & Stocking:
- Track ingredient levels and communicate if adjustments need to be made.
- Restock grab & go coolers throughout the day, ensuring displays are full and well-organized.
Skills & Qualifications:

* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Preferred but not required:
