Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, either in-person, over the phone, or online
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Seat guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide waiting times and updates to guests without reservations
- Maintain a clean and tidy front-of-house area
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Develop knowledge of our menu offerings
- Assign guests to tables based on their preferences and server distribution
