As a Digital Marketing Specialist/Administrative Support, you will play a crucial role in executing our digital marketing strategies while providing essential administrative support to the dealer rep. This dual-role position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and organizational abilities to enhance our online presence and ensure the smooth operation of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be results driven, require strong time management skills and have a valid driver’s license. Firsthand knowledge of horse trailers and the rodeo industry is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
Marketing Specialist-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
- Digital Marketing skills
- Ability to comprehend website analytics
- Marketing and Communication skills
- Experience in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Responsible and dependable enough to manage your time and are detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the rodeo industry is a plus
Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the Twister Dealer Rep, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meets, managing calendars and coordinating events.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with dealers and customers
Responsibilities
- This is a full-time (possibly future hybrid) role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist/Administrative Support at Twister Trailer
- The Specialist will be responsible for creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and managing communication with online audiences.
- Interviewing sponsored athletes for social media posts
- Responsible for updating and managing the company websites
- Assistant to the Twister Dealer Rep (this will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc)
Job description This is a full-time (hybrid?) role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist and Administrative Support at Twister Trailer. This role will be responsible for creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and managing communication with online audiences as well as assisting in management of the company websites. Other duties will include providing administrative support to the head of Twister Trailer sales. This will include answering phone calls from dealers/customers, filtering emails, tracking potential customer sales and errands as needed.
This position is based in Fort Scott, KS (possibility for remote hours in the future).
