- Responsible for planning strategic digital media initiatives that help drive the department and agency forward.
- Ensure strong day-to-day digital media process, serving as a strong mentor for the team.
- Ability to train, motivate, grow and evaluate team members, fostering a strong cohesive working environment (teamwork mentality).
- Deliver high-quality digital media plans, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how online channels can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals, in tandem with offline media.
- Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable, and detail oriented.
- Strong executional experience in DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360), retail media platforms (Walmart, Amazon) and paid search/social platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) with a keen eye to optimization details.
- Ensure that our client budgets are being utilized effectively and coming to the table will new recommendations—this may include budget optimizations, testing new channels, audience expansions, etc.
- Build, optimize, and report on digital campaigns through both dashboard reporting and larger QBRs across traffic, engagement, and ROAS metrics.
- Ensure proper setup and data piping between hookups for the agency’s real-time client dashboards.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in digital media planning and execution.
- 5 years of staff management.
- Strong familiarity DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360), paid search/social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and performance analytics platforms (Looker, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Track record of upholding strong client relationships.
- Strong coaching and mentorship skills – dependable, respectful and communicative.
Accountability
- THIS IS A PREDOMINATELY A “WORK FROM THE OFFICE” JOB. While we currently offer “Work from Home Wednesdays”, this job requires that you work in our Chicago office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
