About the role
The Growth and Engagement Director will report to our Chief Growth Officer and lead new member engagement and conversion. In this role, you will partner with Brand Marketing to refine our value proposition, positioning, segmentation, and messaging and with the Payer and Provider Partnership teams to develop strategies that drive top-of-the-funnel growth. You will also collaborate closely with the Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to optimize new member conversion. Leveraging deep user research, you will craft a holistic engagement strategy to effectively reach and convert key member audience segments. Additionally, you will work with the Data team to establish the right processes to analyze performance, refine initiatives, and provide regular progress updates toward growth targets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to present and collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team to further the impact of your work.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Value Proposition & Positioning
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical to develop member onboarding experiences that convey the benefits of Two Chairs’ services.
Collaborate with Product and Design to further our understanding of prospective or existing therapy and psychiatry members.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and oversee CRM capabilities, enabling ongoing engagement with current and prospective members.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to develop and execute a capability roadmap combining feature development and marketing initiatives that help drive member conversion.
Partner with the Data team to develop forecasting and monitoring tools that track progress against growth targets.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $176,000 - $238,000. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $176,000 and $207,000.
