Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Our Rights Management team focuses on sponsorship sales, with storytelling & selling on emotion at the forefront of our partnership propositions - taking them to market, seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.

Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our Rights Management division in the US. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, agile designer with a can-do attitude looking to grow within the sports industry as a creative leader. You will be working closely with our US Sales team to bring to life partnership campaigns & activation concepts for various brands and sports properties. Pulling together the best-in-class marketing materials across different mediums from print to digital. You can work under pressure with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.

Requirements

Some of the skills we are looking for:

• A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• An understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro
• Art-working for print and digital assets
• Some experience using Webflow or Figma would be beneficial
• Some experience developing bespoke sales materials including print brochures, websites and presentations

• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• A comfortable, independent worker who can work solo when required
• A great communicator as you will be working alongside a US based sales team as well as keeping up close communication with a creative team in the UK
• An eagerness to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different
• A resilient, positive outlook
• Some experience working in an agency or fast-paced work environments
• Knowledge and passion for the sports industry
• Graphic Design qualification or similar

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
