Schedule: this is a part time opportunity, Monday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm, and some Saturday's.

The purpose of the Move Administrator is to review and complete crate estimates and bookings while answering questions from customers and franchises as they arise.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborates with the Move Execution Team and Franchise locations to complete the necessary steps to provide franchises with crate quotes and book/reschedule crate moves
- Answers incoming calls on the Move Execution phone line and resolves inquiry or redirects call as needed
- Processes and validates incoming payments, enters data, and resolves discrepancies as they arise
- Assists with the development of training materials for move execution, as needed
- Reviews current Value Flex crate training documents and videos for accuracy and recommends areas of improvement
- Provides follow-up support to new Value Flex crate locations
- Attends meetings and assist with training events at Home Office
- Builds relationships with franchise managers and trainers, as well as Home Office staff, to assist with understanding of move execution and establishment of best practices in the Value Flex program
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education or Equivalent Experience
- One-year relevant industry and/or system experience, which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities is preferred
