WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
· Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
· Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
· Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
· Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
· Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
· Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
· Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
· Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as manage PR calendar
· All other duties as assigned
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
· A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
· Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
· Must be motivated by exceeding goals
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
· Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
· Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
· Basic computer and keyboarding skills
