Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting all products and services both internally and externally to increase revenue by utilizing excellent sales techniques and providing outstanding customer service to all customers through in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
SALES
- Develop strategic sales growth plans with the General Manager to ensure revenue and profit objectives are met
- Spot check moves to ensure customers are getting a 5 star experience
- Perform onsite estimates to maximize customer satisfaction and promote all aspects of the business.
- Utilizes sales expertise to assist Customer Service Representatives in securing critical sales; daily conversations with CSRs to improve sales
- Optimize lead volume and track and manage conversion rates; this includes daily review of the Google map, web inquiries and incoming call volumes
- Call on Assisted Living, Apartment Communities, Universities, etc. and increase repeat business
- Regularly review year over year sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinates internal mystery shops to ensure high level of customer service and cooperation with sales and marketing strategies
- Effectively communicate vision, plans, goals and objectives to staff to ensure effective execution and optimize productivity of sales professionals; responsible for on-boarding and training/development of current and new sales staff
- Provide appropriate weekly and monthly internal reporting to management; reviews operational reports to project sales and determine profitability; concludes weekly one-on-one sales reviews with management team
- Coordinates and attends networking events and trade shows
- Ability to perform heavy lifting is a plus
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree/community college diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. A minimum of two years of consistently successful sales experience and experience successfully implementing sales and/or marketing systems, processes and plans.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and persuasive in sales situations
- Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
