POSITION PURPOSE

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains in depth understanding of loan portfolios to provide enthusiastic, professional and courteous service to internal and external customers.
- Orders and tracks appraisals, title work, insurance, floods, UCC searches, etc.
- Provides information to and answers questions from commercial customers, records messages and credit file documentation.
- Assists Business Bankers in the closing process by preparing commercial loan documents in an accurate and timely manner, including, but not limited to indebtedness documents, collateral documents, guarantor documents and closing documents.
- Reviews loans closed by other processors to ensure closing documents are complete and accurately loaded into the imaging system (Synergy).
- Ensures all new loans, modifications and other related documentation is accurate, tracked and in compliance with regulatory and bank processes.
- May disburse proceeds, process payments, transfer requests, wire requests, change of address, and preauthorized payment authorizations from customers.
- Quotes and processes loan payoffs.
- Ensures that the highest standards of operational excellence are maintained.
- Performs all transactions within the confines of all State and Federal laws and Company policies and procedures.
