Two Rivers Supervisory Union located in Ludlow, Vermont has an opening for a full-time, exempt Human Resource Manager. This hands-on position is responsible for policy administration, benefits, insurances, compensation and contract administration. The HR Manager will be directly involved in and responsible for employment related procedures including but not limited to workers compensation claims, unemployment claims, FMLA and background checks.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years’ experience in human resources management with at least two (2) years involving benefit administration, preferably in a public school setting. Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills are required. The candidate must be an exceptional team player and problem solver and will work with a highly skilled and experienced team.
