Two Rivers Supervisory Union located in Ludlow, Vermont has an opening for a full-time, exempt Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for policy administration, benefits, insurances, compensation and contract administration. This position will also be responsible for all employment related procedures including but not limited to workers compensation claims, unemployment claims, FLMA and background checks.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years’ experience in human resources management with at least two (2) years involving benefit administration, preferably in a public school setting. Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills are required. He/she must be an exceptional team player and problem solver and will work with an experienced high skilled team.
