Job Category Manufacturing Position Summary Positions in this sub-family are responsible for the set-up, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes. Responsibilities • Supervises support roles with responsibility for performance review/management and training • Sets day-to-day objectives, organizes workflow, provides guidance, and supports achievement of goals for team • Leverages prior experience to solve issues using latitude of existing guidelines, also recommending changes within specialization policies/procedures • Works closely with specialization manager • Communicates regularly with management and infrequently with executive leadership • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; OR 3 years of relevant experience Bridgestone is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
