We offer an enormous selection of equipment with lines like Hustler Mowers, BOSS Snowplows, Ventrac Tractors, Toro, Honda, Grasshopper, STIHL, SnowEx, and many more.
We help our 40,000 customer base purchase new equipment, schedule simple tune-ups and general maintenance, locate and order parts, or consult on best practices with the machines we sell.
Ty’s seeks a Service Advisor for our team. The coordinator will work across departments to ensure customer service requests are completed. Top-notch communication, time management, and organizational skills are crucial for a service coordinator as he or she spends most of the workday understanding and communicating the details of different customers' jobs. Service coordinators will use telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction to ask questions about customer needs and to provide updates to resolve each transaction to the customer's satisfaction.
