JOB DETAILS:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to drive sales and continue to create strong relationships with current and future potential clients. The Account Executive must be able to create, as well as present, persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.

To be successful as an Account Executive you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional Account Executive should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

Our Account Executives are responsible to service, sell and merchandise stores within a territory to an existing account base that includes Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven and convenience stores, grocery stores, gas stations, and gift shops.

Ty currently represents 85% of soft toys in the marketplace with Beanies, Disney, and Marvel. Valentines, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas holiday products always keep us #1 in the industry.

BENEFITS DETAILS:

  • Regular Full-time Exempt position
  • Guaranteed minimum annual commission payment of $50,000 paid in equal biweekly installments.
  • Earn 15% commission for all paid shipments of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
  • Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven outside sales experience.
  • Familiarity with iPad basic functions.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • High school diploma or GED.
