We’re working with a leading, innovative firm in the architecture, engineering, and design space that’s looking for a Filing Representative (Expeditor) in NYC. Key Responsibilities:
• File and submit permits and applications to NYC agencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with agencies like DOB, DOT, and FDNY.
• Support clients with filing procedures and timelines.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required for Class 1 Filing Representatives).
