TYG have teamed up with a design firm who are looking for a senior addition to their Dallas office. They have a broad portfolio and a solid pipeline of upcoming projects which ensures their continued success and company wide stability. Here's what they're looking for:


Responsibilities:

  • Lead on projects of varying sizes and scopes
  • Utilize your existing network and contacts to drive business development
  • Management/ mentorship of more junior members of the team
  • Ownership of elements of operations within the office (recruitment and financial forecasting)

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience
  • Licensed PLA in Texas
  • Extensive business development experience

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
