Job Overview: We are looking for an MEP Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer with experience in retro-commissioning and LL87, to contribute to our diverse and fast-paced projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retro-commissioning projects to ensure systems are performing optimally.
- Perform energy audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and oversee the implementation of retro-commissioning measures.
- Conduct LL87 assessments, ensuring compliance with NYC energy code requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement MEP systems strategies.
- Review building systems’ performance and develop effective solutions for energy efficiency and operational improvements.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, retro-commissioning, and LL87 regulations.
- Experience in retro-commissioning and LL87 in either a consulting or engineering capacity.
- Ability to analyze building systems and provide strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with NYC and/or Philadelphia energy codes and regulations is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Experience:
- Senior Engineer: 3-6 years of relevant experience.
