Established for over 30 years and all their projects are local, no risk of being asked to travel or sent out of state!
Great pipeline of work, their projects are typically in the range of $40M - $100M. Currently working on projects across education, commercial and hospitality in Austin region.
Responsibilities
The Project Executive holds overall responsibility for the supervision of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers, and the operational management of their assigned projects. They strategically represent the firm's interests and execute necessary actions to achieve project completion.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required in a construction-related field, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications, like PMP or LEED, are highly desirable.
- 15 years of professional experience in construction management is necessary.
- At least 5 years of that experience must be in a leadership role.
- A demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams is essential.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities are required.
- Strong problem-solving competencies are crucial.
- A comprehensive understanding of construction processes and regulations is necessary.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as Procore and MS Project, is required.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices is essential.
