Qualifications that Set You Apart :
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare, showcasing your profound understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Current RN license for the state (WV), demonstrating your commitment to clinical excellence.
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) highly desirable, amplifying your healthcare acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with competency / education software (preferred).

Developing and implementing comprehensive infection control and employee health orientation programs.
Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and maintenance of employee health records.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for employee health and safety.
Orchestrating employee health initiatives, pre-employment testing, vaccinations, and more.
Coordinating the infection control program, conducting risk assessments, and notifying relevant health departments.
Educating staff, physicians, and community leaders on infection prevention and control.
Crafting and implementing policies and procedures for a seamless onboarding process.
Supporting administration with employee health databases and compliance matters.
