Tyler's Justice Center for Children, located in Stockton, Illinois, is seeking resumes for the position of Executive Director. The qualified candidate should possess at minimum a bachelor's degree in the Human Services field with a preference of previous management and/or supervisory experience or the equivalent. Working knowledge, experience and expertise in child sexual/physical abuse management skills in networking between agencies and professionals and effective oral and written communication skills. Grant writing and fundraising skills are a must. The ability to establish and maintain favorable working relationships with Boards of Directors, multidisciplinary team members, community groups, staff and the general public are essential. This position coordinates, schedules and directs all activities carried out at the Center to include conducting forensic interviews. Recommends policies, goals and objectives to the Board of Directors and assists the Board in the formulation of such to achieve effective and efficient operation of the Center.
