Job Description
- Follow all processes and procedures associated with the Tyler Union Safety Program. Advise management of any deviations from this program.
- Assumes personal responsibility to insure a safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks.
- Culture & Facility
Develops an understanding of our facility's safety functions and programs.
Assists with the preparation of safety and environmental reporting.
Participate in safety audits and investigations as directed by the Safety Director.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word or similar programs.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
Physical activities that require lifting to 50 pounds, balancing, walking, standing, stooping, and handling tools and materials.
