What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler Associate II position at TYM North America Inc?
Position Summary: This position is to ensure all parts orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, all parts are correctly installed to specifications; and to maintain the general appearance and functionality of the assembly department.
Job Functions:
- Assemble Tractors and Tractor attachments
- Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect free assembly and adjustment of parts and components.
- Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination.
- Use industrial power tools and hand tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components.
- Inspect the quality and accuracy of the finished product
- Record production
- Operating lift trucks
- Oversees and facilitates the delivery and installation of products.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Quick learning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of mechanical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience with power tools preferred.
- Regular and timely attendance required.
