Summary /Objective
The Associate Production Manager will assist the Production Managers with day-to-day duties of updating the database with pricing, purchase order delivery dates, and investigating in-line changes within departments impacting production timelines.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Update costing in the database.
- Follow up with factories on purchase order status.
- Aid managers in daily tasks and projects.
- Set up styles in the system
- Place sample purchase orders with factories
- Receiving reconciliation
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Advanced PC skills: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Windows.
- Excellent Math skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized with attention to detail
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and flexibility in a changing environment
- AS400 preferred, not required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferable in Business, Operations & Supply Chain Management
- 1-2 years experience in Production
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
