- Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute a bold creative vision that solidifies our position as a leader in performance athletic apparel.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in brand storytelling across all digital, retail, and event channels.
- Drive marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, ignite demand, and connect with athletes at every level.
- Creative Direction & Execution
- Oversee the development of high-impact creative assets, including digital content, photography, video, social media, and advertising.
- Partner with product development teams to craft compelling product narratives that highlight innovation and performance.
- Lead the content strategy for digital platforms, ensuring storytelling resonates with elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and brand advocates.
- Athlete & Influencer Marketing
- Cultivate strong relationships with professional athletes, brand ambassadors, and influencers to enhance credibility and reach.
- Develop athlete-driven campaigns and activations that showcase the performance edge of our products.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, retail, and digital teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in creative marketing, branding, or content strategy, preferably in performance athletic apparel and footwear.
