The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Brand Development to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and ultimately, boost sales.
- Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
- Create engaging content that showcases our products and services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Creative Direction & Execution
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Partner with product development teams to launch new products and services.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Athlete & Influencer Marketing
- Cultivate relationships with professional athletes, brand ambassadors, and influencers to promote our products and services.
- Develop athlete-driven campaigns and activations that showcase the performance edge of our products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in creative marketing, branding, or content strategy, preferably in performance athletic apparel and footwear.
