The Senior Specialist, Talent Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving a seamless executive recruitment experience while also supporting key talent management initiatives, including succession planning and talent review processes. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about both executive hiring and strategic talent planning.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Own and manage logistics for executive interviews, assessments, and related recruitment activities, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates, providing timely updates and white-glove service throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align on scheduling needs, interview structures, and key milestones.
- Elevate the experience for both candidates and hiring teams by proactively addressing concerns, optimizing scheduling processes, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, video conferencing, and interview panels while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Track and manage candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow management.
- Prepare interview materials, facilitate candidate debriefs, and drive process improvements in collaboration with the executive talent acquisition team.
