The Senior Specialist, Talent Solutions (Sr Executive Recruiter) will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, with a primary focus on executive recruitment. This position is designed for a motivated individual looking to gain comprehensive experience in HR practices while contributing to the company's strategic talent goals. The successful candidate will lead and support executive talent acquisition strategies, succession planning processes, and performance management initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Executive Recruitment :
- Lead the executive recruitment process, including developing sourcing strategies, job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and direct coordination with candidates and hiring leaders.
- Lead the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining consistent and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively engage with candidates and hiring managers to address questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive overall experience.
- Continuously enhance the candidate journey by implementing best practices and leveraging feedback to drive process improvements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with executives, external search firms, and key internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
