Management Level :

The Senior Specialist, Talent Solutions (Sr Executive Recruiter) will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, with a primary focus on executive recruitment. This position is designed for a motivated individual looking to gain comprehensive experience in HR practices while contributing to the company's strategic talent goals. The successful candidate will lead and support executive talent acquisition strategies, succession planning processes, and performance management initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Executive Recruitment :

  • Lead the executive recruitment process, including developing sourcing strategies, job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and direct coordination with candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Lead the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining consistent and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively engage with candidates and hiring managers to address questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive overall experience.
  • Continuously enhance the candidate journey by implementing best practices and leveraging feedback to drive process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executives, external search firms, and key internal stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.

Strategic Planning and Analysis :

  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to define position requirements and create compelling recruitment strategies to attract high-quality executive talent.
  • Support the development and execution of succession planning programs to build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to analyze career path data and assess leadership development needs.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market benchmarking to inform executive recruitment strategies.
  • Collect and interpret performance data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct cost analyses, prepare turnover metrics, and assess the impact of executive hires.
  • Performance Management :

  • Facilitate and support the performance review process, including preparing materials, scheduling key meetings, and tracking completion.
  • Project Management :

  • Manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Reporting and Presentation :

  • Prepare and present talent acquisition insights, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board of Directors.
  • Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, executive recruiting, or related HR functions.
  • Technical Skills : Strong applicant tracking system experience, advanced sourcing capabilities, and proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Travel : Minimal travel required.
  • Location : This is an onsite position located at Corporate (Flat Building) in Springdale, AR
