Responsibilities
- Load trailers in proper order.
- Responsible for using proper code dates when unloading trailers.
- Ensure that product requested is put on trailer when available.
- Properly store product in receiving cooler.
- Maintain clean coolers at all times.
- Report any damage inflicted to trailers coolers, freezer, forklift or product immediately.
- Ensure that trailer doors are shut, and refrigeration units are turned on if load is not finished at end of shift.
- Ensure that all paperwork is complete, legible and accurate before turning it in.

Qualifications
- Capable of lifting up to approximately 70 pounds of product during duration of the shift.
- Capable of operating a forklift and standing pallet jack.
- Capable of visually inspecting product by the box or pallet.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Willing to work in a very cold environment and subject to slippery surfaces.
- Capable of working in excess of 8 hours per shift and up to 6 or 7 days per week when required.
- Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. Lifting is required in many areas (weight varies depending on area.) These positions work in a cold, damp, hot, or humid environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.
