Job Summary
We are a gun holster manufacturer seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and enhance our sales operations within a designated territory. We are in extreme growth mode and the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The territory includes the entire state of Florida, as well as parts of Georgia. This position is full time. This position will require working weekends at various gun shows throughout the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities within the territory and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for upper management.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales, or B2B sales environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales metrics.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present product demos confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail in all interactions.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and making informed decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
