The Tyson Law Firm in Oak Cliff is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer service representative/legal assistant. We specialize in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense cases. We are looking for a patient, friendly, detail-oriented bilingual legal assistant. You must be a strong communicator—in person, over the phone, and in writing. All client and court interactions will come through you first. We need a service-oriented person to assist both clients and attorneys. We want someone who will treat our clients with care and concern, as if they were taking care of a family member or a loved one's case. Must be a team player.

Position Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to be in the office consistently from 8:20 AM to 5:40 PM.
- Ability to perform all general administrative tasks on a daily basis.
- Bilingual required. (Spanish and English).
General Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Answer phones and accurately take and transmit messages and caller contact information.
- Encourage potential clients to hire the firm or schedule appointments.
- Greet clients and assist with new client sign-ups and interviews.
- Look up case information online and by phone.
- File motions and other documents online.
- Calendar hearings, deadlines, and other key dates on both paper and digital calendars.
- Create, organize, and maintain client folders.
- Maintain and update firm information spreadsheets and records.
- Mail out legal and firm-related documents.
- Run miscellaneous errands as needed.
- Keep office and work areas clean and organized.
- Draft correspondence, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, notices, and subpoenas.
- Conduct client intake and ensure all paperwork is completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
- Prior legal experience preferred, but not required.
