What are the responsibilities and job description for the Knowledge Manager position at Tyto Athene?
Responsibilities:
- Process program requests
- Assist with monitoring AFRC Systems of Record Electronic Records Management Systems to include AFRC ERM Hub, AFRIMS
- Assist with quarterly Command-wide KM/DO training and monthly KM/DO meetings to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, improve operational efficiency, preserve historical records, protect sensitive information and save money
- Track/Report Information Access Programs metrics (FOIA, PA, IC, RM, P/Fs) for proper safeguarding/storage
- Process the Command-wide significant FOIA requests
- Review and provide redaction recommendations for significant FOIA responsive records, prior to release, to the FOIA/PA Manager for decision
- Assist as the point of contact for questions concerning any significant FOIA requests or data calls
- Track/Monitor Command-wide requests to ensure they are assigned accordingly
- Perform redactions of responsive documents or verify OPR redactions are properly applied
- Complete/Track/Process program audit recommendations
- Produce monthly Program metrics
- Review progress against program backlog
- Process complaint/appeal from FOIA/PA Requesters
- Monitor/Report requests backlog
- Assist with answering questions from requestors
- Review/Process/Monitor/Assign FOIA request via eFOIA
- Assist with management and processing of FOIA litigation cases
- Assists with preparing Information Collections Reports (ICR) packages according to AFI 33-324
- Review/Assign/Process records searches via AFRIMS
Required:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5 or more years of relevant FOIA experience.
- Excellent communication experience, written and verbal.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $60K-$70K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
