Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about mixology, Mexican spirits, and delivering top-tier hospitality. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of cocktail techniques, can work efficiently under pressure, and enjoys engaging with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Craft signature cocktails and classic drinks with precision and consistency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar while ensuring proper stock levels.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and other Mexican spirits.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktails and seasonal offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, and bar operations.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
