Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven mail store Customer Experience Manager to manage our retail store. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch customer service to walk in customers. Must be assertive, have an outgoing personality and have strong effective oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work well with others. Good computer skills, knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended. Knowledge of internet applications is preferred. Candidate must be able to stand for several hours at a time and have the ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key in achieving store goals and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a mail store as well as opening and/or closing the store.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by serving walk in customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand effectively.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing mail store environment.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in customer service principles with a passion for selling products and services that meet customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including every other weekend and/or as required by the business needs.
