HR Internship Opportunity
U-Haul Human Resources is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern . Reporting to the Manager of HR Operations & Project Management, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic Human Resources environment. The internship is designed to provide exposure to various HR functions and help build a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

HR Intern Responsibilities
- Assist with managing calls to the HR main line and directing them appropriately.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support the team by organizing and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various HR departments.
- Contribute to HR Operations projects by assisting with research, data entry, and coordination tasks.
- Help plan and organize employee recognition events and celebrations.
- Take on small projects and tasks as assigned to support the HR team.
